The cost of our entity formation service is $475, plus applicable state fees (As each State amounts vary). Our service fee includes, Setting your Entity with the Secretary of State, obtaining the entity's federal EIN (Entity Identity Number), and submission of the SCorporation election, Form 2553, if applicable. Once the entity is created, the State requires an annual Statement of Information*, list of officers, or equivalent. We can take care of this filing for an additional cost of $165 (plus your Secretary of State applicable fees).
